Our Path to B Corp

As we worked toward certification, we put our environmental practices first—looking closely at energy use, water savings, supply chain waste, and biodegradable materials. We also teamed up with partners helping balance a portion of our carbon footprint, including SeaTrees, an organization protecting coastal ecosystems and mangrove forests. We believe a rising tide can lift every boat. As part of the B Corp community, we’re able to connect with and learn from other brands, all working together as a force for good. And although we’re currently one of just nine companies in South Carolina with B Corp certification, we hope that number continues to grow. Most importantly, we could not have reached this milestone without our employees. As a family-founded company, everyone who works with us at Free Fly is part of our extended family. Our strongest score throughout the process came from the “Workers Impact” category, and that is something we are incredibly proud of.

Our Purpose

Our purpose is to safeguard the world’s wild places while opening the way for the next wave of water seekers.
